Leave Cairo at 7:00 AM and drive to Bahariya Oasis, arriving around noon. Switch to a 4x4 vehicle and begin the desert tour.

Stop first at an ancient volcanic area — the Black Desert — to take in its striking natural desert scenery.

Continue to a Bedouin village for lunch and a short rest before carrying on.

Head to Crystal Mountain to admire its sparkling natural crystal rock formations.

Al Agabat
Cross the desert toward Al Agabat along rugged off-road tracks, one of the Western Desert's most dramatic areas.

First Night Camping
Set up camp for the first night under the stars, with dinner and Bedouin tea by the campfire.
